Winter 2019 teaching program

We welcome you to 30-minute teachings with Venerable Ani Tsetso and Venerable Ani Deden.  Sundays 11:30 am to noon after Tara Puja

January 27 to Sunday, February 17, 2019 :  Shamatha, or calm abiding meditation, to control our mind

February 24 to Sunday, March 17, 2019: Parting from the Four Attachments.
