Time: 10:00AM-11:30AM Attendees may attend either parts or both.

Session format:

Part 1 – Meditation

10:00-10:45AM: Guided meditation with instructions at the beginning of each session, followed by questions and answers on meditation after.

Part 2 – Information session

10:45-11:30AM:  Introduction to Buddhism – what is the three jewels? This is followed by questions and answers after.

COVID Protocol for in person attendance

Stay at home if feeling unwell.
