Sakya Tsechen Thubten Ling will be hosting a series of teaching programs via zoom. The teachings will be conducted by our resident lama, Lama Ngawang Tenzin. Each session will be around 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on the particular subject matter. Ngondro Practice
Lama Ngawang will teach on the foundational practices important for practitioners embarking on Vajrayana path, and students will be taught how to incorporate them into the sadhana practice.

Green Tara Four Mandala Puja
Lama Ngawang will teach students how to do the Green Tara Four Mandala Puja – from setting up the shrine to the conduct of the ritual, including mudras.

11 yogas of Vajrayogini and the uncommon daily practice sadhana
The 11 yogas given during the 7-day teaching will be taught, together with the uncommon Vajrayogini sadhana practice. As the teaching is continuous from one session to the next, students who sign up need to attend all four sessions. Students will also not be allowed to join the remaining sessions if they miss the first or previous session. If you miss the the first session on 9 January, you will not be allowed to attend the second session and so forth.
